COPYRIGHT/DEPOSIT

Exchange United has the rights to all images and videos. Clients must acquire a copyright release form (for an additional fee) in order to make any additional prints. If a client needs to reschedule a session, the client will be charged a rescheduling fee. Deposits are non-refundable.

ARCHIVES/EDITING

Exchange United does not do any body alteration editing, all edits will be in the true likeness of the client. Exchange United will keep digital copies via online gallery for 2 months after their photo session and 1 year for weddings.After the set time has passed, the digital copies will be removed from the archives and will no longer be available. It is recommended to save the files you would like once received. A personal download pin will be provided for every client.

RELEASE

Exchange United has the right to post images and/or video on our professional website and social media sites, such as Instagram and Facebook, for promotional purposes at ANY TIME. This means, if the photographer wants to post images whenever he chooses, he can. Clients may or may not see their pictures before being posted. Clients also may or may not be posted at all. It is entirely all in the discretion of the photographer.
